Inspiration shall flow and ebb.
Without this, I shall be left for dead.
These words flow from my head, the only thing I know is,
that sun looks magical,
cuts through the leafs.
As I sit in my backyard today, I feel as if I'm in a dream.
Delicate patterns on earthen ground, make me feel at home.
My puppy dog walks over to lick my toe.
And how I long for the glorious summer days,
to splash and play and maybe regain,
some of the childhood I so desperately crave.
Because right now, I just dont feel the same.
And oh, how I long for those delicious summer days.
