Monster Invasion

Monsters invade the hallways
of a small school flowing with
black and gold
Friendly on the outside,
hideously loathing and
smoldering disgusted
on the inside
Monsters of discrimination
tear, rip and kill
the smaller ones
until they become so weak,
so damned ill,
that the only saviors are the ones
that go by the name:
friend
The world is a sad place already,
so we must rise and ask those monsters
why they feel the need to add to the pool of
hatred and sadness
