“The word ‘aerobics’ came about when the gym instructors got together and said: If we’re going to charge $10 an hour, we can’t call it Jumping up and down.”

Those who fear death fear life as well
They are the same
To fear death is folly
To love life is foolish
They are the twins
Who hate each other
Yet bound together by fate
Death pursues life
Flames and fire, inferno ablaze
The destiny of those who death has touched
For all will die and be thrown to hell
To be burned by fire
Cut by wind
Swallowed by earth
Drowned by water
And struck by the god of death
There is no escape
Life and Death….
They are one and the same

This was written during a time when I was sort of depressed and I had really gloomy thoughts. I just let my words flow and this is what came out.
