Through the unfilled hole his offensive line had made
Down the seemingly endless field he ran
Around the pursuing linebacker he sprinted
Over the outstretched hands of the cornerback he leaped
Into the arms of the linebacker he plummeted
Through the tackle he broke
Over the wimpy cornerback he barreled
Into the end-zone he danced

that's beautiful . (: really , it's so so so beautiful . congrats on this .

My favorite line : through the tackle he broke . it's a wonderful message , portraying how persevered and ... powerful some of these players are .

maybe check out some of my stuff . I think you might like it . (:

I extremely liked the adjectives you used such as “Down the seemingly endless field he ran.” Also, I liked how at the end you put, “Over the wimpy cornerback he barreled. Into the endzone he danced.” This gave me a vivid look into what the running back was experiencing as he reached his goal of scoring a touchdown. But I believe the best part about your poem was the fact that it was very realistic. You showed that at any given time a player can single-handedly change the game. Great job with this poem.
