Shivers

Whispered words out from your lips into my ear
And travel shivers down my spine
Feeling your warmth behind
Where sight fails to be reached
I don’t hear the words you speak
But feel your breath turn to ice
As it trickles down my back
Tickling my insides squirm excitement
Ending at my fingertips
Frozen with instincts to pull away
But my mind screams for more
Need your voice to chill my skin and tingle my nerves
I wish forever for your whispered words
