Who am I who smells so sweet?
I taste heavenly, soft and milky
I start off round, with a hole like a disc
Skinny Chocolate stripes go across me
Can you feel the ridges?
I have the scent of coffee to some
I fit in your palm
The design on my face, so detailed, this imprint
Lines going this way and that, with little dents between it
The front of me is like shortbread,
My color, like cream
From the warmth of your finger or your mouth
My chocolate bottom slightly melts
If you snap me in half,
I’m gentle and soft
I don’t make too much sound
A light snack who dissolves slowly in your mouth
Being mixed with saliva, breaking me down
Not too sugary, not at all sour
I give you a little, so more of me you devour.
