The world is a stage, and we are merely players- Shakespeare (at least it goes something like that!!)

Light shining dimly upon your face,
The tears you cry...
how they fall,
splashing and sploshing.
Our memories...,
fading with the sun.
The moon shall appear once again,
leaving our love in pieces...
A midnight memory.

This was a simple but beautiful poem. Kinda sad, but still really good. :)

I really like this poem! It's got a great style- short and sweet, but full of meaning! Keep writing!
