I care.
All you say is why?
Why?
Why do I care?
Because our stories are the same
You will never know
I can’t open up to you
I can’t shatter the allusion
You would never believe me
How could I have been through so much horror and look so innocent in your eyes
A façade.
That’s how
It works
I can keep it up easily
This was once me through and through
Not anymore.
I’m just as broken as you are
I never had someone to care
They all thought I was just messed up
I want you to know I care
I care!
