she stands at the edge of the sea,

a pink tinsel blossoming underneath the warm sunshine and the salt-washed air

she’s enveloped in the pale, pretty blue ciel

and the nighttime falls.

dancing delicately in her nighttime gown,

she’s flows and swirls in dazes of honeyed-wisps

as she leaves sparkled trails of stars behind her stilettos

frowning, she looks and sees the impending storm of fury

it snarls and covers everything in the way

and she cannot forget the way it wraps around her neck
