Arachne
Secrets, secrets, secret whispers
Spiders crawl into my ear, making me shiver
They tell me all your secrets, all your secrets, all the things you whisper
They promise me your hidden truths and faithfully deliver
Sputter until you quiver for no one but my spiders will hear your whispers
My spiders will writhe and slither past your lies and mind
Searching for that solemn, sinful sliver left forgotten and left behind
Your conscious resigned to be left as a broken melody with a stolen cleft
When my spiders steal your song
