Droplets spray the windowpane

Creating their own galaxy

Different shapes and sizes of stars

 

In mere moments they become race cars

Creating clarity with their skid-marks

Some work together

Others function alone


Yet at the end of the day

They fall off the edge of the window

Never to race again
