trust is just a word

           as a person is just a person

        as the hole in my heart is deep

    deeper then beneath the oceans floor

              trying to reach the top

            forever my soul will tread

         against the stormy dark waters

        i hang only by a piece of thread

                 trying to stay alive

            i keep trying to stay afloat

      so my feelings may be just feelings

    just as a empty field is an empty field

             that is where i dream to be

                  where i choose lay

               forever for all eternity

               is where i long to stay.
