Personification of My Favorite Food

T’is the very infatuation of mankind,
A maiden clothed in robes of fawn.
I dream of our delicate fingers intertwined,
Waltzing, we waltz until the dark of dawn.
Yes, let her gentle fragrance allure us.
We lonely bachelors sing upon the streets.
Make our frigid winter less treasonous,
Make us poor men into elites.
We watch as her warm aura rises like a fledge,
Her luscious hair red like crimson,
Her silhouette a wedge.
Why would she turn towards the poverty-stricken?
Oh, let our lips lock within this dying amnesia,
For you are my love, my dear pizza.
