There was a bird.

A small bird.

The bird couldn’t fly.

But it didn’t give up hope.

Every day the bird tried to fly,

But it didn’t work.

Still the bird didn’t give up hope.

He still tried to fly,

Every single day.

Slowly and slowly,

The bird started to give up,

But he didn’t want to.

Then one day the bird just gave up completely.

Little did he know that day would be the best day of it's life.

It started with a step,

Then a walk,

And all of a sudden,

The bird was flying.

He couldn’t believe it.

It felt like a dream,

But it wasn’t.

It was actually happening.

So there was a bird,

A small bird.

At first the bird couldn’t fly,

But now it can.
