Seeing Through the Screen
Seeing through the Screen
The black display holds my hand,
A light that I request
When the screen is in my presence
weight is lifted off my chest
It shows me images of the past
and takes pictures of the now
The monitor is always with me
as if we took a vow
As I connect to the people I love
I admire the great machinery
But nevertheless, I have to say,
do not forget the greenery
