A Night For Two
Flowing brown hair
A pool table without repair
Many a cold wave
One solemn unused grave
Warm lobster goo
A night meant for two
We ate more than a bite
Oh what a memorable night
Why must all good things end
I guess it lets cause life is about to take us round another bend
Tranquil peace
All sadness did decease
Beautiful eyes
Rivaling that of starlit skies
A smile crept across his face
He was happy to be with her in this place
Not a matter of mind
This was the night to leave that behind
This was a matter of the soul
She brought the part that made him whole
Let the music always play
So much more I wish I could say
But here comes the dawn of a new day
I didn't know how to rhyme your name
However I love you just the same
I'm glad my suspicions were verified
Can't wait to catch you on the flipside
