I hold my breath

And I visualize myself drowning.

The face of anguish 

As I try to gasp for a breath of air.

 

My throat and chest burn

As I inhale, but nothing goes through.

Infiltrating my lungs

As the carbon dioxide seeps too.

 

I look up to the sky

Seeking for help, but 

Nothings there.

I guess it's easy to say, that life isn't fair.

 

I exhale

And all the water rushes throughout my lungs, 

Then I finally open my eyes in tears 

Realising that drowning is not fun.
