I have grown in a world

Where no means yes and take me now I'm yours

Where bisexual means confused and greedy

And being gay is the abnormal

Where waiting til marriages means you're a prude

And having sex before makes you a slut

Where religion creates division, not unity

Where children pop pills like candy 

And drink beer like water

Where teens get high on things unknown

Just to numb the pain of living

Where parents are divorced

And children broken

Where hate is screamed to the world

And love whispered into the wind

Where girls starve, 

Because their "fat" is unattractive

Where women have surgery, 

So they can be noticed by the boy in 7B

But I don't want this world

Full of  what it has 

To define us.
