A dark hour in history

However, remains a mystery
The Late Han Dynasty
Dying from corruption

A vast empire
Filled with liars
A few just ministers
Who let power go to their head

There was Chaos everywhere
The rest of the world could just glare
Death
Just kept repeating

Cao Cao was on top
However, he could always flop
He did eventually kneel
To a brain tumor he could feel

The Han dynasty was just a shell
Getting ready to fell
There was one who tried to stop it
However it was not to be

A man by the name of Liu Bei
With his brothers Yu and Fei
Tried to stop the beast from collapsing
No matter the costs

Eventually the Han Dynasty would fall
Along with the rest of the hall
A new era would arise
Leaving chaos for generations to come.

This poem was inspired by the decline and eventual fall of the East Han dynasty.
