My friend, my companion, who keeps the secrets of my heart. How did I ever live without you? The one I trust most In my life, who is there to comfort me when I just can't stop the tears. you never tire of listening, always there to remind me what I've said. keeper of my emotions, guardian of my fears, I must be sure to never lose you because never can you forget. you listen until there is no space left, and I am sorry, but at that time, it's you who I'll forget... until some one finds you. then you will turn to my biggest regret. then I'll either burn or have a burial, not only to you my first, but to all my journals

My creative writing teacher, who I'll keep anonymous, had this happen to her when she was younger. I was inspired by her story of what happend to her, her darkest secrets, deepest desires bright to the light of every ones eyes. I thought to myself what I do if this happend to me would I have the strength to keep writing?
