Long long ago, in a land like our own
Ruled a king that stood far beyond measure.
This is his story from young into old,
And to tell you his story is my pleasure.
Before the great King, was a man who unseen,
Brought the nation into the "light".
Education was booming, and crops were blooming,
At first everything seemed all right.
But this man withheld soldiers, and weakened the borders,
Protection for the people now gone,
The blood hungry bandits, with their growls and their weapons,
Came down and attacked everyone.
Now this got the attention, of the King aforementioned,
And at only fifteen he took ride.
Not yet was he King, but he was tall, strong, and mean.
And in the battlefield he made great strides.
Through carnage he earned merit, and with dark deeds he demanded,
That he would have power once and for all.
At only eighteen he killed the bandit King,
And he became general in that fall.
Then he was called back to the Capitol,
Because in war he was masterful,
So the recluse King wanted him honored.
But when he arrived, a dark plan he derived,
Because he wanted even more power.
At first he did fail, but through force he prevailed,
And the kingdom washed red with fresh blood.
The new King reformed, the old ways were ignored,
When the King won the war of the MUDD.
The he made the children elite, who only he could beat,
And the borders now had a strong defense.
But hungry for power, no matter the matter,
He set off to conquer more lands.
His methods were cruel, and his ideas were unruled,
Bloodshed is what he believed in best
He killed many men, both of enemy and friend.
He slaughtered thousands on his quest.
He was a god, and his mind rather odd,
He set a stone in the ages.
Never should you forget, or you might regret,
Forgetting the King of the Ages.
