Sound of Laughter

Passing by her forgotten laughter
Remembering the sight of happiness
Hearing her laughter
Gave me a feeling of craziness
Her laughter, long after
They've finished
Made me feel far less diminshed
Hearing her laughter, better than seeing the world
Her hand, I so badly wanted to hold
Her laughter, still rings in my ears so vividly
I've fallen in a dead end love, because of her ability
Remembering her laughter makes me want to cry
As I was invisible, whenever she walked by
But still I never gave her my best try
Oh, her sweet laughter
Will remain with me, until the day I die

The book Thirteen Reasons Why inspired me to write this piece. I hope what people will get from this is to not be afraid to approach someone you've been meaning to and say what you want to, because you never know when it might be too late.
