School Day

I wake up at an ungodly hour,
No way am I going to shower,
It’s already 7:30,
Why must school start so early?
I get to school in the nick of time,
I hear the bell start to chime,
Now I have to run to class,
Why must my teacher give me sass?
It took a while, but it’s finally lunch,
I’ve been waiting to munch,
When I get to the line I see it’s gross soup,
Why must school lunches taste like poop?
The day is almost done,
This has been far from fun,
It’s 2:05 and away with my sorrow,
Why must I come back tomorrow?
