Looking in all directions
To find what may seem
Happiness in sections
To learn what love means

When you find someone
You suddenly believe
That there is no more running
And chasing what love means

I thought I found a way
The perfect other me
Who would have thought she’d stay
So temporarily

To forget every kiss and to lose all hugs,
And this is why I don’t believe in love

Typically in high school, people experience new things. New types of fun, new feelings, and one of them happens to be love. But with love, there is also pain. Many young teens experience one of the strongest emotions known to us all, but most end with one of the strongest of pains as well; Heartbreak. I know many can relate because everybody experiences it. Once someone gets their heart broken enough times, they begin to feel doubtful. They either think they will never be loved again or they will never be able to keep the love given to them by someone new if the opportunity arose.
