forever and always?

you had me at hello,
eleven months passed so slow,
we had our ups and our downs,
when I'm with you i could never frown,
i thought we would last forever,
but the end soon came around,
no problems could be found,
my thoughts were bound,
by the sounds of the tears hitting the ground,
my heart was destroyed,
you left pieces all around.
