There had been no inspiration
To write such a ballad
There was no kind of sensation
There is nothing to see

So many will write
What my brain won’t conceive
Some would find the light
There is nothing to see

In poem and song
Both literature’s child
They can make you feel strong
There is nothing to see

When a blocked mind thinks
It may not find a thing
It’s like when a blind man blinks
There is nothing to see

Haha, thanks!  I actually had a block in the beginning, and thankfully it went away. :)

I love this, it flowed a little oddly the first time i read it, but I defidently understand writter's block  the last stanza was awsome, good analogy. You obviously didn't have writer's block at the time, though. If youcan come up with something that good then that's the kind of block i wish i had.
