Dancing in regret
Dancing in this pain
My face is getting all wet
From dancing in the rain
I've taken bruises
Mentally at that
My heart refuses
To give up what I had
I try to keep dry
Hiding under a broken wing
But the streams aren't from the sky
My tears love to sing
It's a medley of all the sad
The heart is the bass
Trying to smile just a tad
In this melancholy place
Now I'm walking around under this broken wing
Following the path of a train
Upon my finger is this disengagement ring
Rusting in the rain
