No, I didn't lose a man
not a hero, not a beloved
I lost a smile
that its spark can turn the world vivid,
I lost a flame
of optimism ,in my memories, away I'll tuck it,
I lost a kiss on my cheek
when on me his eyes would fall,
i lost a pair of eyes
that reflected an honestly pure soul.
people can try,
pens can write,
but still I give you all my apologies
nobody can pay you your justice right.
Not a hero, not a beloved;
