never say never (yes Im a belieber lol)

A feeling of absolute loneliness spread through out her soul,
as the love of her life walked away,
leaving in place of her heart, a ginormous gaping hole
But now she lies alone, cold and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

He turned with a glare in his eye,
wishing nothing more than for her to wither, and die, as she broke his heart in two
it was her turn to suffer, her turn to bleed.
But now she lies alone, cold as a harsh winters day and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

Her mind was in a whirl, regret, hurt, desire,
she called after him and as her heart burned
She couldn’t control the furnace, the fire.
But now she lies alone, cold as a harsh winters day and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

As she dropped to her knees at his feet,
He couldn’t believe she still tried after all of her deceit,
“You lost my sympathy when you sought another; our love was destroyed due to you, it was smothered.”
But now she lies alone, cold as a harsh winters day and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

A tear escaped her eye as she stood, defeated,
And watched him walk away yet again,
She would never regret anything more than the day she cheated.
But now she lies alone, cold as a harsh winters day and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

The brokenhearted boy never heard from her again,
he convinced himself he didn’t care, she had caused him so much pain,
but when he heard the news, his tears of mourning he could not refrain.
But now she lies alone, cold as a harsh winters day and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

She realized she had to face facts,
Even though she loved the boy,
She wasn’t getting him back, and so as she plunged head first into the dark abyss, she blew him one last kiss.
But now she lies alone, cold as a harsh winters day and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

And now, as the crisp leaves of autumn fall solemnly upon her grave,
The boy sits by her side night and day; his silent tears the only apology he ever gave.
But now she lies alone, cold as a harsh winters day and oh so lonely, her eyes forever closed.

I did this as an English assessment, as we are studying ballads at school, I got the inspiration, weirdly, from 'Life is fine' by Langston Hughes, which I was told to look at by a friend.
