Wilted With or Without You

Walking speeds into running
Looking for you and my heart
You stole it with your cunning
Beautiful eyes holding a soul
torn apart

Why did you leave?
Why must I greive?

Knowing what you did to me
Seeing your true self
Ommision is betrayal to me
You lied, even to your self

God, I hate you
In spite of you I cry
A rose you called me, always on cue
Practiced lines and now, I'm dry,
Wilted and alone, loving you

No more tears
No more fears

I'm mending my heart
By myself, no matter how hard
So have a good life, because Darling,
You left me in strife,
So I'm leaving you and those sorrow filled memories behind.
Good-Bye
