Plenty Of Other Boys

Our eyes meet, then go their separate ways.
No more “good mornings”, hugs and kisses.
Done hearing the words 'Forever and always'.
Don't ever let yourself think “I'm the one she misses.”
Never will you be able to come back to pick up the pieces.
I listened to the things you had to say.
I'm done with you and giving you multiple chances.
There are plenty of other boys out there anyway.

I laugh as you try to make me jealous in the hallways.
Kiss your new girl in between classes.
I'll walk past and laugh for the next few days.
Because I'm ready to burn these bridges.
I'm over you and holding all of these grudges.
At the end of the day, I'm still okay,
And you will still be the one that loses.
There are plenty of other boys out there anyway.

Liking you was nothing more than a phase.
Now I could go on for pages,
Talking about all of your lies and betrays.
But this where the door finally closes.
I'll find someone else who will never treat me this way.
My heart's cuts have healed, including it's bruises.
There are plenty of other boys out there anyway.

I'll delete your number and all the saved text messages.
Take all of your gifts, throw them away.
There is no need for your drama and annoying messes.
There are plenty of other boys out there anyway.
