Sitting here staring,
staring at the wall.
Watching the water
leak from the ceiling and
make its way down
like a waterfall.
Tick, tock I hear the clock.
Squeak, as the door opens.
Turning to see who’s coming,
I see her standing in the door way.
“Be careful……” I tell her softly.
She closes her eyes as she begins to cry
Like a new born baby.
I hear her heart pounding like a drum.
She’s scared, scared of bein alone.
She walks to the window,
To see the leaves rustle.
As they move all over the yard.
The wind is banging on the windows,
As if it wants to come in.
She picks me up and holds me in her hands.
As she begins to pray…..
“Dear God, please help me get through this,
All I do is cry everynight,
I’m scared,
And I don’t know what to do!
Por favor ayudame! Amen.”
She kisses my soft white nose.
I can feel tears run down
My brown furry face.
Now the room is dark,
The only light is the moon.
Shinning in so bright.
Her mom comes in and says,
“Its time to go home!!!”
She gets up quick,
grabs her bags,
And she leaves the room.
After 5 mins.
She rushes back in,
And gets me off the bed.
She whispers to me,
“How could I forget you!”

I LOVE IT!! It's so awesome! I was just wondering about the tears and "it's time to go home!", but I guess I don't really need to know.

Wow, this is really good! I had to read it twice before I got it, but I like it. I think the way you wrote it from the teddy bear's perspective is awesome.
