We started as a whole galaxy, with little bits of stars flickering and wandering here and there. Rich red planets may swirl up some dust, like pollen in a pool of murky water. Nebulas shadow a dark silhouette on clouded matter, deepening Mars’s cloudy shade of dusty crimson. As more stars appear and bump your edges, I drift farther, floating out of your galaxy.
