Ink and Paper
Ink and paper and old-fashioned ways,
Lost to silicon machines and newer days,
Buildings made of dark shiny sheens,
Replace natural hues of blues and greens,
As nature, as art, displaced away,
As mankind, as tech, now here to stay.
To be a rhyme artist is quite very bold,
For poems are dead, as I've been told,
Yet I still rhyme on and do not cower,
For I hold strong that words are power.
