Look into your eyes,
And see the one who fell for you,
Hear through your ears,
And listen to the pain he felt for you,
Taste the blood he bled for you,
And feel the way he felt for you,

Look at the man,
Feel him in your arms,
Know that he gave it all,
Remember that he asked for no alms,
He stayed,
He prayed,
He was betrayed,

Why can't you see him?
Why can't you feel him?

Look at the man,
for he is me.

The author's comments:
My poetry comes to me at random vantages. I get it from what has not happened to me, but what I know happened to others. I think this is how I can express for them, and connect with my readers.
