Still water mirrors the sky.

The sun sluggishly sails upwards.

The wind waits, the trees sleep.

My canoe drifts, as do my eyes.

They shoot open, scanning the surface.

Hold on, where are the others?

This is written in a Korean poetic form called sijo.
