Broken Heart
I am hopeful, happy
I wonder if she loves me
I hear the ba-dum, drum of my heart
I see stars
I want her heart
I am hopeful, happy
I pretend I don't notice, she doesn't care at all
I feel my heart soar
I touch the sky
I worry she will make me fall
I cry when she drops me, tears call
I am hopeful, happy
I understand she doesn't love me
I say I am strong
I dream it could be different
I try to sing along
I hope she is happy, her life and endless song
I am hopeful, happy
