"INK"

Raindrops drop on the sidewalk of the alleyway like “INK” to the ballpoint of a pen.
People walking the streets with umbrellas overhead, with “INK” falling down from above. Kids actively splashing in “INK” puddles all over the sidewalk. “INK” filling the ditches like water in a sink full of dishes. But on “INKY” days like these all I seem to care about are the birds in the trees.
