Love is just a word
A word that you say
It can fly like a bird
But lets hope it will stay
It's also something to feel
Deep down inside
It can be as strong as steel
Or just be tossed aside
It stays at bay
Where you don't know
Till a certain day
Then it will surely show
You just have to wait
For it to come along
To find your fate
But who knows how long
Your life will go by slow
Till a day you don't know
When it becomes a dream
And it'll be at peace
Like a flowing stream
But the pain will never cease
