City of Bones
Waking for school
Aggravating Beeps revolving in the bleak air
of the highschool freshmans room
Struggling to get out of his warm sheets
Exhausted from his school work late last night
The frigid wooden floors bare and cold beneath his feet
The sweet fragrance of bacon sizzling atop the stove
His mom making a cup of delicious coffee
His dad outside in the frosty breeze
Clearing his truck of snow and ice
The freshman now dressing in his uniform
His mom now setting the table for breakfast
His dad rapidly shoveling the driveway
So he may take his son to a educational day of school
