Sonet 18

I compared you to a summer’s day, but you were cold like winter.
My love for you is like fire, but yours is more like ice.
Your eyes are hail, dusty and cold.
While you lips are ice, frigid and smooth.
Your hair is like the midnight sky, that lies above us on a cold winter’s night.
The slightest touch of your hand, sends shivers down my spine.
While just a glimpse of your stare can turn me to stone.
For a summer’s day would not have enough words to describe how perfect and beautiful you are to me,
You are my winter, the most beautiful season there will ever be.
