I believe...
love is dead.
Everyone looks for it,
But no one can ever seem to find it.
Some say they have it,
But it always seems to fade away.
Those who swear to God they're in it,
well, they're just hypnotized by the search of something bigger than themselves.
I believe in lust, attraction, and desire,
But of love I am a skeptic.
After all look at what happened to Guinevere and Lancelot- they destroyed a kingdom,
Tristan and Isolde- they practically started a war,
And of course Romeo and Juliet- they both ended up dead.
I can feel that love is dying.
I believe that love is dead.
I just wish someone would prove me wrong.
