The Broken Resolution

January 1st—the day where you make a promise to yourself—a resolution. This year my resolution is to workout four-five days a week. This will be easily maintainable since I have a session with my trainor at least three times a week. January 9th-January 12th—stuck at home with the stomach flu—there goes that resolution.
