Lies, Nightmares, and Suspense

Things are changing
I think there getting better
How they were before?
I just wanted to shatter
It still hurts inside though
I try to ignore
And sometimes
I just can’t take it anymore
I woke up in the night
With tears in my eyes
Because I had nightmares
About all your lies
I’m glad things are okay now
It was really irritating me
The world?
I just wanted to leave
