You're so Happy

You are a gold, shimmering, flower
Rooted in paradise
And you grow to be so strong,
Forever young,
and happy.
It's hard to grasp the fact that your smile is real,
I know because I've kissed it,
and felt you grow into me
But I am no sun,
I am no beautiful bud,
I am secrets that never meet the naked eye,
I am the universe, but I can never fly,
I am so dark,
too dark to compare to your,
accomplished life.
