As I sit within myself I think of how I fail
And to my surprise everything would make me not want to inhale
But as I continue to let air flow through my lungs
I will make a new definition to speak in tongues
As I do so I will shield myself from everything to keep a clear sense of thought
This will be my attempt of a forethought
Just know that it's all on me and my mental health
And so as I say my last word for now I'll keep this intent a secret within me with stealth
