i could fly

long ago.....not so long ago
i had this dream...that i could fly.
but i never did, i never did
what it is to kiss the sky
so in my dreams
i spread my wings
trying to stay alive
i can't fly
my dreams can explain the freedoom i saw.
day in and day out
around about
people pass me by
the one i love
my treasure
they came and ask me why
they don't know
the smile and life
when i dream
i'm dying to reach the sky above
but then they'll never know
deep inside what i dream about
they never know,they don't know
