The sun shines through the trees,
I can hear the birds chirping.
Heart beating through my veins.
Your love still on my brain, it stains.
I can hear the birds chirping.
The hurt I could no longer sustain.
Your love still on my brain, it stains.
Tremendous chest pain, my energy drained.
The hurt  I could no longer sustain,
I had to maintain.
Tremendous chest pain, my energy drained.
We always disagreed,
I had to maintain.
Heart beating through my veins,
We always disagreed.
The sun shining through the trees.

I want people to think deeply when reading this poem. The first line was from the first month of me meeting someone, everything so peaceful. It changed quickly, and today it is just a faint memory.
