I want acceptance
All that I just want is security
Also acceptance; all I ask of you.
You always say it’s immaturity
And also that it is confusion too
I am in a world that cannot see me
I feel stuck in a place of unfairness
It is a place where I cannot feel free
I’m “stuck in a place of no awareness”
I just want them to accept gay pride
A place where no one’s labeled anymore
I just want people to not hide
Because honestly it feels like a war
They blind me and they also remind me
Of how cruel and unkind people can be
