Two Mommies, Two Daddies
In elementary school, I made friends with people
Who told me that they either had two mommies or two daddies
I never thought that was strange, or weird
I thought everyone thought this way, it wasn’t strange to have two mommies or two daddies
But then, people began saying bad things
About the families with two mommies or two daddies
Some people began excluding them, regular people
Just because they decided to be either two mommies, or two daddies
They were regular people, who breathe, and lived
But some could ignore that there were two mommies, or two daddies
They were people, who got up each morning and slept each night
Like others, and yet some couldn’t face the fact that there were two mommies or two daddies.
No matter how normal they were, or how good they were as people
Some couldn’t get over the fact that they were two mommies or two daddies.
I have one mommy, and one daddy, no one thinks that’s wrong
So what is so wrong of having two mommies, or two daddies
